Consultation
We take the time to listen to our clients. We try to understand their goals and objectives and offer advice on the best way to proceed. We use our expertise to help formulate a plan that works within every individual budget and timeframe.
Estimate
We estimate the cost and time of the project based on the consultation. If the customer desires a concrete proposal, we will craft one. The proposal will list the guidlines and the cost for each. In general, work done using a proposal, will cost 20 - 30% more than an hourly arangement. Like all contractors, we pad the price to cover the unforseen problems and expenses that sometimes occur. Some customers prefer the piece of mind they get from knowing the final price before the work begins. For most, however, the ability to cut costs and increase flexibility, leads them to the hourly option.
Communication
We stay in continual contact to ensure that valuable hours aren't wasted. We don't want to spend time persuing a concept that a client might reject. It makes more sense to show the progress at shorter intervals to make sure that we are on the same page. This technique shortens the time to completion, and reduces the project cost.
Completion
Once a project is complete, we expect any balance to be paid in full. All of our work is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, you will not be expected to pay. You pay what you think the work was worth.
Follow Up
After the project has been completed, we will be available to answer questions and consult on new issues. If something is wrong with the work we performed, we will make it right, at no charge. Our goal is a long term relationship. Most of the websites in the world are a work in progress. We strive to keep the customers we have while we extend ourselves to new ones.
